Louise Souverbie is a Research Fellow at IRIS, specialising in European defense issues and the arms industry.

She is particularly interested in the strategic cultures and defense industrial policies of Poland and the Baltic States, as well as European integration and cooperation in the field of armaments.

She holds a Master’s degree in European Affairs from the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po), where she studied the European Union’s external action and the geopolitics of Eastern Europe.

Before joining IRIS, Louise worked as a project officer for the defence attaché at the French Embassy in Lithuania.
