Frédéric de Saint Sernin has been adviser to the former President Jacques Chirac at the Paris City Hall and then to the Presidency of the French Republic.

He was also local representative in Dordogne, Deputy and Secretary of State in charge of spacial planning.

Following his political career, Frédéric de Saint Sernin was appointed Director of Public Affairs of Kering (former PPR), member of the Executive Committee and Chairman of the Ethics Committee and President of the Rennais Football Club Stadium.

He joined relief NGO ACTED as Directeur général délégué in January 2015.
